Nature3D Metal Fill is a 3d printing material made of PLA and metal powder as the main raw material. Through formula adjustment and process control, 0.023mm active metal powder is used on the surface, which enhances the dispersion effect of metal powder and solves the blockage problem caused by metal powder deposition in the nozzle during the use of materials. The printed model has a metallic texture and luster, which improves with further polishing.

General Printing Guide *
Nozzle size:≥ 0.4mm | Layer height: ≥ 0.2mm | Printing temp: ±180~220℃ |
Print speed: 40~60mm/s | Retraction:± 5mm | Hot bed:±0-60°C |
Fan speed: 50-100% | Length:±330m |
*) The Settings shown above are intended to guide you in finding the best print Settings. These ranges should work for most printers, but feel free to experiment outside these ranges.
Cleaning nozzle
When printing with filled/composite materials, it is recommended to clean the nozzle immediately after printing and feed PLA material 15-20cm long into the nozzle. This will ensure that any potential caulk flows out of the nozzle. Best useLuminous, because extremely hard particles in the material are more likely to scrape residual waste from the nozzle.
Abradability
Note that Metal fill contains a relatively high concentration of metal powder that is abrasive. In general, these metal powders will accelerate the wear of brass nozzles much faster than unfilled materials. We recommend using nozzles made of stainless steel or other hardened alloys.
